What Should I Wear?
- For the overall Forum, the dress code is business casual.
- You may want to bring a sweater or jacket, just in case.
- The dress code for the Induction Banquet & Awards Ceremony is black-tie optional.

Where Do I Register On-site? Please visit the NAP registration table to pick up your name badge before participating in any activities. Make your way to the second floor of the JW Marriott then follow signs to White River Ballroom for registration.
- Thursday, March 12: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM & 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Friday, March 13: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday, March 14: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Which Professions Can Claim Continuing Education Credits? NAP Academies have applied for continuing education credits for the following professions: Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Care, and Speech-Language Pathology.
Where Can I Find the Full Agenda? View the full agenda along with a list of posters on the NAP Forum website or on the Forum app.
Is There a Roster of Forum Attendees? Yes. The list of Forum attendees can be found on the NAP Forum app.
Where is my Academy Meeting? Academy meetings are scheduled for 7:45 AM on Saturday, March 14 and will be held in the following rooms:

- White River Ballroom F-J: Associate Members, Audiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Optometry, Oral Health, Physician, Podiatric Medicine, Psychology, Respiratory Care, Social Work, Veterinary Medicine
- Room 101: Pharmacy
- Room 102: Public Health
- Room 103: Occupational Therapy
- Room 104: Physical Therapy
- Room 105: Athletic Training
- Room 106: Speech-Language Pathology

Attendees will receive a 10% discount on self-parking at the host hotel.

The NAP Induction Banquet & Awards Ceremony has assigned seating, and attendees were notified about selecting a table. You can view the table assignments by using this link or scanning the QR code to the left.
If you are attending the banquet but do not have a table selected, please see the registration desk on-site on Friday.

Please note that the completion of the Forum evaluation survey is a mandatory requirement for attendees from the listed professions that are seeking Continuing Education (CE) credits:
Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Care, and Speech-Language Pathology.

The National Academies of Practice (NAP), as an organization, does not manage or guarantee the availability of Continuing Education (CE) credits. While some academies may seek CE credit for the Annual Meeting & Forum, the availability and acquisition of such credits are solely the responsibility of each individual academy.
|
All attendee dietary restrictions have been shared with the venue and chef. Attendees with restrictions that will require a modified meal for the banquet will receive a dietary card at the registration desk during badge pickup.
If you have a dietary restriction that was not initially indicated, please inform Hilary Wickes.

Immediately following the banquet, there will be a brief opportunity for a group photo with your Academy. Please plan to remain present for this commemorative photograph.
Photos will be taken in the following order:

Please pay attention for your Academy's name to be called so you don't miss your chance to join the group photo.

At the Collaborative Commons Opening Reception on Friday, the first drink is on NAP using the pink drink ticket in your name badge. A credit card bar will be open as well and throughout the Induction Banquet and Awards Ceremony on Saturday.

We're excited to support Horizon House, a local organization supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, and Paws and Think, a nonprofit dedicated to improving lives through the power of the human–dog connection. Pre-registration was required for these service activities on Thursday.
All are invited to scan the QR codes on signage throughout the Forum to support these important nonprofit organizations with a donation. Your support changes lives!
